CANCELLATION POLICY

✨ Studio Policies Thank you for choosing to get tattooed by me — I’m honored to create something meaningful with you. To make sure your experience is smooth and respectful of everyone’s time, please review the following: 💸 Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to book your tattoo appointment. This goes toward your total cost. A separate deposit may be required for a consultation. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. ⏰ Lateness policy I allow a 15 minute grace period of lateness, after that the appointment will have to be rescheduled,a rescheduling fee may be necessary and up the the discretion of the tattoo artist 🗓 Rescheduling Life happens — you may reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance without penalty. Anything less than 48 hours is considered a late cancellation and will result in a cancellation fee. ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-show your appointment, you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee (the full cost of the service). No exceptions. This policy protects my time and other clients waiting to get in. ✍🏼 Consultations Consultations are required for large or custom pieces. A deposit is required to book your consult. This deposit will be applied to your tattoo — but you will still need a separate deposit to book your actual tattoo appointment. Consultations are non-refundable • If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. One courtesy reschedule may be granted. • Communication is essential. If you are having trouble connecting (virtually or in person), it is your responsibility to reach out promptly. • Booking a consultation does not guarantee a tattoo appointment until both parties agree to move forward. • These policies are in place to protect the time, energy, and planning that goes into each custom piece and ensure fairness for all clients. • Consultations may take place in the studio, over virtual call, or within the building (directly outside of my studio) if the tattoo space is unavailable at the time of the consultation Missed consultations forfeit the consultation deposit and that consultation deposit will not count towards your tattoo appointment. However the separate deposit that you booked your appointment will still count as long as the tattoo is not missed or rescheduled last minute 💖 Touch-Ups One complimentary touch-up is offered within 1 month of your appointment for tattoos that have healed naturally (no picking, peeling, or sun damage). Anything beyond that will require an additional fee. Complimentary touch ups are given at the discretion of the artist 👯‍♀️ Guests Please come with no more than 1 guest unless previously approved. This helps me keep a focused and peaceful energy in the studio. 🖼️ designs and sketches I do not send over design sketches prior to the appointment due to past theft (Unless a consultation appointment executed before the appointment) If we need to change anything during your tattoo design, we can do so together at the appointment. I always leave extra time if minor design changes are needed. 🕊 Respect & Energy This is a safe, inclusive space for everyone. Please arrive clean, and respectful of the studio environment.
